McFarlane Toys came out with one-of-these 12" Alien Drones, but didn't continue on and make the Aliens Warrior in that scale. Now that would've been the money!
Removed the clear dome, resculpted the ridges and partial head. Lengthened the 4 "trunks" on its back with apoxie, resculpted the external cartilage bone on the elbows. Repainted in layers of acrylic dark moss, amber and burnt sienna over black base with gloss finish.

According to media sources, part of the reason the design of the Alien's head changed in the sequel was because the clear dome (from the original Alien) kept breaking during filming, and Cameron thought the redesign with the ridges appeared similar to the Predator's and more warrior like.
