After seeing Baron Zemo in AEMH and then researching him (/them) a bit I knew I had to have him for my collection. I wanted my Zemo to look like an enhanced human (like he is in the show), realistic but like he could really kick some Cap butt. I used Bucky Cap as my base figure with a cast of Deadpool for the head. I shaved off the back portion of the mask to be smooth then sculpted in a line down the center. I then sculpted his purple neck piece and the sleeves for his coat. I had a specific set of pictures, the one included especially, that I was basing my look on and found the perfect coat on a DKR Bane figure my g/f got me for parts. His sword is from a Captain Jack Sparrow figure I won on eBay and his Mauser pistol is a modified Taskmaster gun. I also added a piece from an ink pen to the back of his knife sheath to act as a sword sheath but it came off mid-pictures. You can see where it was attached. I've since glued it back on and will let it cure longer. I'm really proud of how he turned out but what do you think? Let me know in the comments!
