here is my own design for another of Batman's D-list villains, Calendar Man (you didn't expect him to stay in his prison grays did you?): a modern variation on his 1980s costume

The base figure is the Silver Age Lex Luthor
The tie is Sculpey
I thought I'd add the glasses (from a Wesley figure) to give him a little character and to make him not look so much like Lex.
