Hey guys- I'm a huge fan of Marvel's Cosmic stuff and the Guardians of the Galaxy in particular, so I knew I had to start making the rest of the team with Major Victory.
he's a Steve Rogers body with some basic bald headcast (Silver Surfer?). I primered him with Duplicolor automotive paint for plastic (white) and then painted on a custom mix of folkart metallic blue and Testor's acrylic black, since the basic blue was too bright looking. I then painted his eyes and highlighted the white areas with titianium white acrylic.
His shield is from the Gigantic battles Buckycap figure.

It's an easy recipie and a fun challenge to keep the paint lines clean while conforming to all those muscles!
Colorwise, he really shines against the other Guardians figures!
