Ollie Osnick started out as a Dr. Octopus fan. He made his own tentacles, and masqueraded as Doc Ock. After a run-in with Spider-Man, he started to idolize the wall-crawler and began to emulate him. Calling himself Spider-Kid, he tried to be a crime-fighter, and formed a team with Toad and Frog-Man. While in college, he changed his costume and renamed himself Steel Spider. During a run-in with the Thunderbolts, Venom bit off and ate one of his arms!
This one started off with the black-suit Spider-Man. I grafted the lower part of Nick Fury's face onto the head. Belt is from Moon Knight, and gauntlets are partly made from Omega Red's belt strap. The small tentacles on the costume are from Constrictor, and the larger ones are from the Sentinels. The backpack was made from a fodder piece, I believe it was part of War Machine's kit. Costumes details are label tape.
