I'll admit a Lilith Clay figure wasn't very high on my wants list, but I won a couple Mary Marvels and wanted to see if her frumpy blouse could be sanded down into something a little more sleek looking. And since there aren't a lot of characters in skirts I decided to bolster my Teen Titans. I guess I could've done someone like Lois, but I'm not a huge fan of civilian figures. For those unfamiliar with the character, Lilith was an occasional member of the Teen Titans especially in the 1970's. Lilith possessed several mental powers including precognition and later on, telepathy. Eventually she took on the codename of Omen, but this custom represents her prior appearance. Sadly, her New52 version isn't a favorite of mine, as most of the Gen13Titans are not. Lilith was made using a DCUC Mary Marvel. The lower legs were Supergirl's with the laces sanded off. The sleeves were sculpted on. The head uses a DCUC Donna Troy head and Zatana hair. While I'm not a big fan of using a Donna Troy head for a team member of the same group, none of the other heads I had looked good enough to substitute so with a different color skin tone, different colored eyes, and a different hairstyle, I guess she looks different enough. Certainly happy to add her as a background character since Mattel seemed to decide to stop making any older Teen Titan members (we really need Aqualad and Speedy!) Thanks for looking! ![]() |
