Thunder Skrull is a Super Skrull type character based on the Secret Invasion story from 2008.
It was made by swapping a 2 Pack Super Skrull head onto a partially repainted Beta Ray Bill figure.
The second hammer is from a Blob series Thor.Not sure where the cape came from.

Giving a Skrull two war hammers, a fur cape. and fantasy armor makes him look a lot like a goblin or orc from a RPG in my opinion. Still, it's an interesting concept for a parts-swap custom that turned out well.
