i have always wanted to do this custom, as i was a massive fan of the show (i was 7 in 1994) and thought it would be cool to have a articulated figure that actually transformed but i never had the guts to destroy my Megazord,
but with this competition thought hell with it just do it.

i tried going for something like power/zoids and a bit more grittier without going to over the top
he's been totally repainted, added loads more articulation especially on the legs and arm joints...and yes his still transforms into the battle tank and the 5 separate Zords.

Pterosaur zord
just a repaint with white and pink, with some white silver

Tyrannosaur zord
repainted with a darker red
megazord head is on a screw joint so can rotated 360 degrees
added ball joints to the hip, and redone the knee joints so can now bend at the knee joint

Triceratops zord
painted with a nice metallic blue
ball joint added to the neck, and re-sculpted the tail gun so it not just a blob of plastic

sabre tooth tiger zord
spray painted with a chrome gold
added ball joint to the head

mastodon zord
this was a beast to do,
was repainted black... with chrome and golds bits
totally changed the hands with that of a transformer, wrist are ball joints and each finger is articulated,
elbow joint have been rejigged to allow ball joints,
shoulders now have joints that fold out in two places and the sockets have ball joints on the end so they have a full 360 spin

then stickers added everywhere possible
