Took a stab at Maria Hill styled after the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes series and comic version. Sculpted lots of pouches on from fodder of a Bullseye figure. Holsters are entirely sculpted using Apoxie Sculpt. I fashioned the jet pack out of the missile launcher pack from and X-Men Classics Archangel and the rocket arms from a Silver Centurion Iron Man accessory using more Apoxie and Krazy Glue. Flames and gunfire from ML and Revoltech War Machines, respectively. Base figure was painted using various wash and dry brush applications of ModelMasters Acryls to achieve my usual "Hasbro gone ToyBiz" effects. Thanks for looking and God Bless!
