Here is the version of Dazzler with her blue costume. Since this costume has had many small versions during the issues, I have choosen the one we cas see in Uncanny X-men #227 without the headband and without glasses too. The yellow stars took me more than one hour to get a correct result.

Thanks. No. It's painted. It took me almost an hour to make it. Decal does'nt work well on non-plane surfaces.
