hey everyone, this is my other entry for today and made for the same bud for his collection. for this I used a NECA Guile body and parts from a Resaurus Charlie figure, mainly the head, vest and watch. then added a coat of paint on everything to make the colors brighter.

this version was based off crowmagnum, streetfighterfan79, NeoZeRo35 and adi.batara, thanks for the excellent work everyone.
