This duo 1st appeared in a Spider-Man comic back in the early 80's, and they gave poor Spidey a run-for-his-money, so it was only fitting to include them in this series.
Made Dagger from a MU Ms Marvel, got rid of the mask, resculpted the face, added the light daggers cut from clamshell package. Cloak was a lil trickier to pull off. Wanted to design his cape with a billowing effect, so came up with this notion of combining two different ones - one from Count Dooku and the other a Helspont cape. The hood was sculpted from scratch and attached to the MU Surfer head instead of the cape, allowing some movement in the neck. The rest of the figure dangles in mid-air as the neck is sculpted firmly to the top of the cape.
