Cool work, but how you removed the head and the cape? could you explayn it or maybe do a tutorial please? I want to do it on my figure too but I don't want to damage it.

The head simply pops off the figure. However, the cape and shoulder portions took a little work. I ended up destroying them, but I didn't like the look anyway so not a big deal for me. I simply cut off the lower portions of the cape as close to the shoulders as I could without damaging the figure. Then, I soaked him under warm water to make the pieces more pliable. Than, I used snips and just my fingers to pull off a piece at a time. Also, there are two rods that run through the figure's back and chest that connect to the cape. Be careful when removing the shoulders as they will not simply pull off because of the rods. Once the plastic is hot and pliable though, cutting the excess off and pulling the rest will work fine and not damage the figure. He is very durable and is much stronger than the previous Square Enix AA Bats. Plus, SE AC Batman is a better, tighter sculpt so he is pretty durable and not likely to break if you are careful. If you just take your time, use a good pair of snips, and only take small pieces at a time, then this is a pretty easy project. Just know that keeping the factory cape unharmed will probably be impossible. But, the cloth looks great, and the holes that are left behind are perfect for running the corners of the cape into.
