This is more of a fix than a custom,but I took the lifeless head out of the decapitated helmet accessory that came with the Deacon figure, drilled a hole big enough to fit around the neck, put it on, popped the Pressure suit head in it, connected the hoses and painted it up.

Clever improvement to the original! I'm kinda bummed we won't get an Elizabeth Shaw figure. I really hope NECA's still doing a David. Michael Fassbender was incredible in that role.
