The base was McFarlane's Spawn Mr. Obershmith. Small changes with epoxy and to make the Sinestro collar style. Painting with matte vinylic paints and a little gold on the yellow.

Fantastic!
Pretty much any cool monster can go for a Sinestro Corps member, but this one really works great and your execution is flawless!
