Taking a stab at the red hood but I wanted to try it with Marvel Legends parts instead of the DCUC Mr. Terrific base. So I decided on the Bucky Cap base since they are easy to come by. Then re-sculpted head, WWII Cap arms, and Punisher lower legs, Holsters re-sculpted Fantomax holsters, straps mr. sinister cape/nick fury, guns from fodder bin and new ultimate CAP vest re-sculpted. Hand painted the chest emblem. Matte finish and Glossed the head and straps.
