This thing has been sitting headless in a box for years. Literally since Black Manta was still available on peg hooks!

I've always been a huge fan of Mike Zeck's Punisher artwork and I wanted to have a ML figure that embodied his style. My initial plan was to use all DCUC parts, with Black Adam's head as Frank's after some ear mod. Once Hasbro's RoML series 3 Punisher came out though, it was my go to choice for head sculpts. The belt was from an old DC Direct Silver Age Legion team member I believe. The weapons also come from the series 3 Punisher.
