This is a Marvel Legends Hawkman. I saw this costumed version of him in the JLA comic book series. I don't read enough Hawkman to know if DC used this costume for long but I liked it and took a stab at it.. I took some liberties with the colour scheme but that is what customizing is all about.
The image from the JLA comic book series had the boots being tan or brown, but I painted the boots red and yellow to retain his original costume colours. The wings were spruced up with some silver paint. I cut out the wing holders off of the DCD BD Hawkman and affixed them on the Kraven figure. It worked out great because there is some range of motion to them.
The mask was a bit of a toss up of what to do. I chose the option of having the head wings to be more predominately outwards than upwards. I am sure I saw this style somewhere but not sure where. I could be wrong.
I hope it does not offend any Hawkman fans out there.
After cracking Kraven open I took the Drax head and peg and modified it to fit into the Kraven neck, so it fits perfectly and has articulation.

Hawkman comes from................
ML Drax head. The side wings and nose piece came from a toy bird that I had. Glued them on as well as some plastic pieces for the lower part of the helmet near his mouth.

Torso is SMC Kraven the Hunter
Forearms are ML Dr Doom
hands are Kraven
Legs to the boots are Kraven
Sculpted kneepads
Boots are XMC Gambit.
Wings are BD Hawkman.
Belt and pouch pockets are from the fodder bin-Drax's knife holding pouch and ML Bucky Cap knife.
