This is just a regular blue Shredder I had lying around and opted to give more articulation. I gave him ball jointed elbows from a Jakks Pacific DBZ figure, hinge joints in his knees and ankles, and a swivel joint in each thigh. I then cut off his samurai "skirt" and replaced the groin piece with a cloth-looking piece off a hasbro Elektra figure. Sculpting was then done over the entire thing to hide all the chopped up parts and Frankenstein work. I also chopped down the original mask of the figure and replaced it with a sculpted version of my own. This is my take on what Shredder might look like if he was in a gritty comic based toon version of the TMNT.
