Unfortunately, NECA said they couldn't secure rights for an official Dillon figure. Fortunately, they essentially gave us one anyway! Simple custom that anyone could do. No painting, sculpting, dremmeling, anything! All you need is hot water/hair dryer to heat and pop the joints!
Dillon here consists of:
Apollo Creed: upper half
Jungle Patrol Dutch: bottom half, vest
Jungle Extraction Dutch: hands (painted with a Brown Sharpie!)
Mezco Heroes Sylar: hat

Thanks! A better customizer (or less lazy) could just dremmel/saw Apollo's lower torso off and glue it to Dutch's waste for a seemless custom, but a less lazy customizer I am not
