Used the last of the base figure I had left. The usual sculpts for the figure: hood, belt, web shooters. Sculpted over McFarlane Spidey head cast and covered webs. Lower legs and feet from Hasbro SS. I cast the shoulder and elbow joints to help eliminate paint rub then sculpted over the peg holes on the elbows. My son and I thought I should paint the symbol red to match his namesake. I also just did a rough paint for the symbol vs. making super tight lines. The webbing is made from a ton of wires out of figure packaging. Thanks for looking and God bless! ![]() |

I have seen your other posts and wonder if you realize how abrasive your comments can be. Constructive criticism is a good thing but your comments border on insults rather than feedback. I am sure that I am not the only one to have the same perception of your choice of verbiage and the tone of your comments. I also took the liberty of checking under your profile and notice that you don't have any customs posted?
Your comments are for sure welcome but please keep in mind that everyone who posts here takes great pride in their work and spends countless hours and a significant amount of funds in customizing. It is not fair to any of us who work very hard to discount our efforts and post something negative that we cannot delete. Please be mindful that your comments are heard and please do not disregard the hard work and efforts of customizers.
Ii love how clean and nice it is. That hood is really great - it looks natural and cartoony at the same time. It's really great work. Thanks for talking through how you made that hood.
Your work really paid off.
