This is my newest villain that I can add to my Batman rogues gallery: Hugo Strange. I really liked his look from the Arkham City trailer before the game even came out and I've waited this long to finally make it. Hugo's head is from the Batman Secret Files series Hugo Strange. the body is from the Last Son of Kryton series General Zod. the "white coat" style jacket is from a Batman Begins Scarecrow. Clipboard is from a Battlestar Galactica figure. The paint on the coat piece and arms is ivory with a little bit of tan over it. Right hand from Ursa figure from LSOK line.
