Like the unmasked Ironman I did a while back, I used the head from the Wal-Mart exclusive "Ironman" movie figure. I cut out the face from the head and attached it to a partial head. I added ears and carved the face to be more accurate with the appearance of Robert Downey Jr. and sculpted the hair. The head is interchangeable with all the newer Ironman movie figures.
