Retro Action body - after market suit - boots from Black Manta figure - CTVT Belt - glove sleeves hand made - cape hand made - chest decal printed off computer - head is a shrunk down Hasbro Silver Age Green Arrow that has be recast and custom painted. Very happy how Tim turned out...my Retro Action Batman got lonely so I had to make him someone to talk to! LOL!
