Seen this done before by Rick Coronel and a friend saw it on google and asked to do him one. I started of with a Pitt and took it apart. i sculpted the forearms and the feet. also sculpted the back hair and humps. i then modified Pitt head's jaw and resculpted the jaw, teeth, nose and hair. i also used Mac Gargan Venom's tongue. I then finished it off with the airbrush.

The Hulk 2099 you saw was made by a customizer named STEF. It was part of Rick's collection that he had shown on The World's Greatest Customizers. I like how you included the protrusions on his back also. A very faithful custom of a killer character!

Beautiful piece, I particularly like the vertebrae on the back poking through his mane of hair. Outstanding work overall; Pitt was a great choice for the base body!
