Today I would like to present Ha Rishon.
Ha Rishon means "The First" in Hebrew.

Ha Rishon is the Kilowogg of the heavenly forces.
It is the job of Ha Rishon to keep all of the heavenly forces in top fighting condition.
He is responsible for regular evaluations of all the angels.

For this figure I started with a LCBH Marv figure.
The head is a house of M Hulk head (courtesy of CK customs) slightly modified.
The wings are from a DCD Hawkman, and the weapons come from the fodder bin.
