This figure is the second female member and also the last member of Ha Yigal.
Pei is the second to the last letter of the Hebrew alphabet.

For this figure I started with a Hellina figure that I got at a flee market.
If you have ever seen this figure, you know that she is a little revealing, so I chose to cover her up a little.
The dress and sash are made of fabric.
I covered her wings (cape) with a piece of white felt.
Some minor repaints and she is done.

This completes Ha Yigal for me.
Just 5 figures left to do!
