This is an (somewhat) original idea I had for a figure. I've always wanted to make something like an Ent. So I made this guy here. The idea is that it's a sentient manifestation of the forests / jungles and is created for the sole purpose of protecting the flora and fauna from harm. So the forests mimic human soldiers with their armor and weapons, but using natural ingredients like bark armor and a thorn-like blade. It was originally an old Spider Man that I sculpted over with Aves Apoxie and hot glue for the vines and head sticks. It has almost all the articulation of the spider man figure, with the exception of the hand that is covered up with the blade arm. And it was an exceptionally articulated spider man.
