April O'Neil based on her original '87 TMNT Cartoon appearance. Used Toon April as the base, the one that originally came with the channel 6 News Van and was wearing a green outfit. Unfortunately I do not have the Channel 6 News Van to go with it. This figure was the same body sculpt as the 2 previous basic April figures, but like Toon Shredder, was cast in some kind of different plastic that was different from the original releases, it looked a little bit thicker and more durable that's why I decided to go with the '93 Toon April as the base. Sculpted on some additional details seen in the cartoon and repainted the entire figure.

Update 1/25/15: Repainted with a slightly different yellow so it's not the exact same color as custom Ace Duck beak/feet, and also painted the boots solid white, previously the heels were painted gray. Took new pics to reflect this change.
