This custom is a follow up/sequel to my "Whirlwind: Unleashed" custom. I had such a good time making his tornado base, I had to do another big custom base. Not wanting to do another wind guy, Hydro-Man lucked out. My biggest problem with this custom project was figuring out which of his looks to do. Thanks to his appearance in the 90's Spider-Man animated series, his street clothes look seems to be his most known, but I find it a little too plain. His armor look is more striking, but a bit more obscure. In the end, I just decided to do both looks and make his head interchangable with both bodies. His street clothes look is an MU Drax figure with sculpted sleeves. His Armored look is from a modded Titanium Man from the Iron Man 2 line. His head is an MU Wonderman.
