Here's a Batman with minimal mod (cape) and a complete repaint. Loved the sculpt, but all these flat molded colors with no shading? Really? In the 21st century? Ah well, gives us on the realm something to do, right? So after all the sculpting of the WATCHMEN, and my super secret figure that should be up tomorrow, I decided to do some simple repaints to fill thetime while sculpt dried.

First up, Batman. Many layers of gray, and dark gray lines in costume detail and the musculature. I also used flat aluminum to highlight the gauntlets and boots, and left the shoulders their original shiny armor color. Painted his face too.

Cape was replaced with wired cloth, with the little sculpted pieces that the wire slips into. I can only say that I wish I had discovered this idea earlier. Capes are ten times better than before! Very happy with this simple mod.
