I finally got time to finish another one of me Section 9 members. This time I did Togusa the most human of the group.

Togusa was recruited by the Major herself, from the ranks of the Japanese Police Dept. Togusa showed great detective skills and an outside the box way of looking at clues thats made him a much needed asset to the Section 9 team.
Along with being a sharo wit Togusa has the least amount of prosthetic body parts on the team. His only piece of body tech is his cyberbrain that most poeple already have. Not only is he the most human he also still uses an old revolver in place of automatics and clip load pistols, this is a rather odd thing for someone in his position to do with all of the technological advances in weaponry.

The figure started as a Clark Kent and was given an orange turteneck sweater via sculpt. I replaced Clarks head with Longshots who is an exact match for Togusa. I filled the gap between the bowlcut mullet and theback of the piece with sculpt and connected it to a piece of 12" Invisible Womans hair to complete the mullet. (It flows quite large in the back).

Repainted the sweater and suit then gave a fresh coat to the dried mullets and we have Section 9 member 3!
