Here's another member of my Young All-Stars who were an offshoot of the All-Star Squadron. After Crisis on Infinite Earths DC removed characters like Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Mera, and Superman from having existed in the Golden Age. Thus, the Young All-Stars were created to replace those characters with the likes of Flying Fox, Fury, Neptune Perkins, Tsunami, and Iron Munro. Tsunami was pretty similar in powers to Mera with the ability to create and control waves with her mind.

Tsunami was made from a YJ Artemis boday, mostly because I'd used her sneakers for another custom (Cyclone) and figured this was a good way to cover up her bulky ankle boots. The head is froma Green Lantern Classics Star Sapphire head modified with some sculpt and a folder divider piece of plastic for the visor (have to give my wife credit for that idea!) Beside that was just sculpting, painting, and part of DCUC Dove's shoulder harness for her shoulder straps.
