In the movie, this character had several different costumes, all stemming from his twisted psychotic mind! They were all images of how he perceived himself as a lord tormentor. The film was a visually stunning, frighteningly beautiful, and unconventional story of cop VS killer. J.Lo plays the medical expert who dares to venture into the killer's mind (literally!).
This was one of Stargher's many transformations in his "god" persona. A few added touches were made to further metamorph his look. For example added the chains, the katana, and his "human" feet have been replaced with talons underneath his robe.
Quite surprised that NECA or McFarlane hasn't come out with a line of these figures. Several of Stargher's female victims displayed in their weirded-out compartments (again, in his mind) would also be an awesome addition. And would definitely love to see a Stargher figure set where he's all dolled up and playfully winding out the FBI Agent's intestines - yuck!
