The next in my Flash Rogues Gallery is Weather Wizard. Removed cape, sanded and filled holes and peg holes, added collar from Longshot, head from Power Ring, and lightning effect from White Lantern Flash. I included a couple of group shots of the Rogues so far.

Thanks brother! I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but those clear DCUC pieces take transparent color really well. BTW, I hope to ship your package tomorrow, I boxed him up last night but forgot to print the label!
