I had wanted to make this one a Grand Moff Tarkin with a Longshot base and Xorn head, but wow, that's a small head. Had a Tony Stark head laying near by and with the collar hit on the Black Tom figure.
Got Longshot's head off and used Green Stuff to fit Tony's head to Longshot and make the beard. Ground away the boot pouches but kept the dagger, just seemed right for Black Tom. The hands are fodder. The shillalegh is repair putty. Painted and sealed.
