Mortimer Toynbee is a long-standing X-Men villain, primarily with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Originally he was Magneto's lackey, but eventually came to lead his own version of the team. He is currently the X-Men's janitor!
I started with the standard Doc Ock body. About two years ago! I completed the hair and chose the Hobgoblin boots, and then couldn't be bothered finishing it. My biggest stumbling block was not having the appropriate hands. Recently I acquired an XMC Wolverine, and Toad was back in production! For the 'bib', sleeve and boot cuffs, I used wall suction cups. As well, I enhanced the lips.
