I wanted to make one of those for a long time. As base I used some WWE action figure. I sculpted new head and added custom wings taken from rubber parrot. They were not stiff enough, so I used some wire - Thanks to this wings can also be posed. I repainted whole figure and gave Harvey some paperwork, so he could shout "I'll take the case!" Hope you like it
Pretty cool rendition of the flapping attorney. I think you should have tried to cover up the metal wire weaving in and out of the wing tops though, instead of leaving it exposed, perhaps with some of that liquid rubber stuff (considering that the wings themselves are rubber, you'd probably get a good bond).
