Hi everyone, here is new custom for all you Green Arrow fans out there. This is his "arch" enemy Merlyn! (pun intended) He is a Black Manta base with quivers from a few left over Artemis figure and some parts from Green Arrow himself. He is a classic character that we never go to see in the retail line so I hope you like him.

thank you so much to everyone for the comments. This guy would have been an easy 2-pack along with repainted Green Arrow or even Speedy. It is a shame we never got him made in any form. Green arrow needs foes too!

Wow, man. I picked up a wave 20 Red and Green Arrow in preparation of doing this guy and you nailed him. That head is perfect for him. I was thinking maybe Quicksilver but now I don't know if anything else would work quite as well. Excellent work!

The DC Direct heads are so hit or miss when it comes to working with DCUC bodies since they are a slightly bigger scale. This happened to work out on this DC build. Batman can't have all the fun and villains! Thanks!
