The MU Cap's head is way too small and too short. I swapped the boots with Dr. Strange's lower legs and he is now as tall if not taller than the newer MU male buck and has ankle rockers.

But those wrists DO swivel. The entire gloves do. Maybe yours is stuck with factory pait (that happens a lot) try heating up the parts and then twist them loose.
