Okay, so here we have a very classic rendition of everybody's favorite symbiote. To step away from the all black Venom paint jobs and to make him look as similiar to his first appearance in ASM#299-300 as possible, he sports blue comic book style shading on his entire body. For the most McFarlane-esque experience you can use the clawed SMC Venom hands! They even don't have the black dots on the webshooters!
Yes, he does come with a slew of interchangeable parts. We have two fists, the two mentioned clawed hands with articulated fingers, a gripping left hand for some web swinging and his trusty righty can transform into a deadly blade.
I'll leave the recipe to your imagination for now, but I can say that he uses parts from 6 different figures.
Beautiful work! I always felt McFarlane's original Venom design was far mor menacing and terrifying then the more grotesque and cartoony later versions. I don't know if it was just a glitch on my end or what, but the third pic kept showing up as NuffSaid's awesome "Wolvenom" complete with his logo and when I tried pulling up the page for his custom in a separate tab the pic was missing from his lineup leaving only 2 pics displayed. Weird. At any rate this was one spectacular entry and I always love seeing swappable parts! 5 *'s from me!
