"What's the matter, Spider-Man? Too fast for you?"

I got some figure in a baggy and first thought was "Mini Master Chief"... and then I says "NO...it must be a movie vulture" So that's what I did...I used a bald head I found on the armored body...It still lacked wings. I looked through my fodder bin and found a set of things that had a resemblance to wings...so I used those.

I came up with a backstory type thing that might fit with the new Spiderman movieverse that involves Shocker and Vulture (potentially a few more) being a part of a mercenary team that crashed the plain that Peter Parker's parents were in. Then he got old. Now he wants Peter dead too or something...I really don't know at this point.
