I used the Avengers Hulk as a base, with some modifications to the head and pants with epoxy. Painting with matte vinylic paints.

Awesome! Not really a huge Beast fan, but it is fantastic to see such a great rendition of his original look. The Avengers Hulk head is perfect for him. I may try this myself if the Avengers figures go on sale in our area. All he needs now is some MU articulation. But, still, beautifully done. Fantastic job.
