I used a Mork figure as the base because it was originally the same body Mattel used for Starbuck and Adama in the Battlestar toyline from the 70's. I didn't want to use an existing head so I sculpted as close to Richard Hatch's likeness as I could get out of clay and sealed it after baking. I then sculpted the jacket, belt, and holster. The only thing I didn't sculpt was the gun.  Please wait... |
