Custom Marvel Legends Style General Hawk in a 1986 costume.
Recipe.
Punisher body, alternate punisher body lower arms, jacket from dcu, helmet military figure, stripes sticker decal. Scuplted any necessary parts like the jacket pockets. Accessories from fodder bin. fur from old clothes jacket sacrificed for the good of the collection. Primed, painted, colorwashed and sealed. Approximately 6.25 to 6.5 inches tall.

Starting to continue finishing off the GI JOEs from 1982 through 1988 into a Marvel Legends 6 inch scale.
