Originally meant to be US Agent from Series Three of the 90s Iron Man Animated toyline. US Agent was pulled from the series and retooled as Living Laser for Series 5. The entire fifth series was canceled and the mold was then retooled as Astral Armor Professor Xavier. SO, what you see is an Astral Armor Xavier restored to his Living Laser colors. Why not make the US Agent? Because the Force Works US Agent uniform was horrible.
