I don't think thats a dc figure at all ( the head) I believe its from the same line as the sydney savage or atleast I think its called that. it was the line where they had small dioramas they came with ones name was sydney, ones name was nicolo or something, this figures head came with blonde hair and she was wearing a leather outfit if I remember right

I'm sorry to correct you but when I saw your post I look the figure up on the web and it turns out I'm right the head is out of a black canary figure out of the justice l League of america series one it is a fig that has a leather suit but it is not the one your saying at all

I bbelive that head is from a dc figure wich line I don't know bot the figure is the black canary I hope this can help you im pertty sure if you look it up just by black canary you can find it and im glad you like it
