I added a new head (from Narnia range Otmin figure) to a Skeletor body, then sculped new hands with epoxy, new 'leather-like' skirt in felt, and new legs, carving old ones.
Tail is made robust and flexible with green stuff on an electric copper wire core.
Leather limbs protections in green stuff. Coloring with Vallejo model master paintings.
Axel is scratchbuilt in plasticard and green stuff.
It still has the original figure slashing action (pushing the rear button).
