THIS IS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, is the ULTIMATE, SILVER SURFER BOARD, however, I can not take full credit for it.. thanks to my girlfriend, she was able to contribute her perfect college graduate School of Visual Arts skills into making this board. We took the silver surfer board from the new ML FF series, and covered it with PURE METAL. we cut out a very thin sheet of metal from a old cookie box I think, and traced, lined, cut.. glue, and boOM... I will have to say this was not very easy.. cuting metal to the percise millimeter to exactly go over the plastic board. but it was donE!

this board I like a lot better than the ML5 ss's because
A. its a lot < A lot lighter, if you have felt how light the ML FF board is.. puting a very very thin piece of metal sheet doesn't make a difference at all.. so there for its not as bulky as the ML5 one.
B. A lot longer. and skinner, make the board look like a nice real surf board.
C. SO SHINY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU GOTTA WEAR SUN GLASSES TO SEE IT!

SO THERE YOU HAVE IT.. THE ULTIMATE SILVER SURFER BOARD! there fore... THE (self proclaimed) ULTIMATE SILVER SURFER!

that is the original Marvel Legends SS.. but I used a ice man head and colored it with nail polish and aluminum, and then coated it with a paint brush crazy glue for the shiny affect...
board is made from a the Hasbro Marvel Legends Fantastic Four Silver Surfer board.. and used a tin/metal box and glued it on top of it.. it was thin enough to use heavy duty scissors.. but strong enough to stay connected to stay w/ the magnets on his feet.
thanks for looking dudes. I made this a couple yrs ago I didn't kno ppl still looked at it lol

NonononononononononononnononNONONONONONONONO! THIS IS a very thin piece of metal sheet. not a peice of alluminam or foil crud. lol. when I was first making it, it was actually going to just use a metal sheet as as the board itself because it was very strong and strudy alone.. but I thought it was too thin looking.

It looks cool - but isnt it just metallic backed cardboard - like you get with takeaway food lids?
