Walking Dead Rick Grimes (Walking Dead) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:44063
Name:Walking Dead Rick Grimes
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Walking Dead
Creator:NEOTHEONE
Date Added:November 4, 2012
Base Figure:Mcfarlane series 1 and 2 Rick Figure
Height:5.00 inches
Completion Time:0.50 hours
Articulation:20 points
Did a heck of a part swap and traded my favorite parts between the ricks to create an ultimate figure. Has 20 Points of articulation in his casual gear. First I did a head swap and a torso swap. Then I used a sharpie and smeared it all over his face to match the skin tones of the series 1 head and series 2 body. Then I drew in some extra hair, and made his beard darker. Then I combined the leftover parts to make a not so cool rick lol.

Thanks guys! Not So cool Rick is in the background of the last picture. As for whether or not he is for sale...I spent 20 on the series 1 rick, 20 on series 2 Rick. Plus the time I spent and the fact hes my fav. custom so far, Id be looking for like 80-100 bucks. Or If you want you can buy the series 1 and series 2 figures and I can tell you step by step how to make him. Haha I would sell Not So Cool Rick for like 15 +s&h though

Hey man you should go for it. Its pretty easy. Just take a sharpie and put a dab on the figure and smear it with your finger. Works great just make sure to do it quick and very little at a time. Get the figure really hot to pop he torsos off to switch, they both have the same peg and its very unlikely it will break because its so big. The heads. I had to take the peg out of each of their heads and switch them. The series 2 peg is a lil big to fit inside the series 1 figures so I had to shave it down a lil bit with a razor but other than that it was really easy. I may use the sharpie technique to improve not so cool ricks arms and neck.

Oh yeah. I love that trick. I use it on my Dark Knight Jokers to muck up the face paint a little. They came out so bland and I wanted to make them scary. I just start making little strokes and then smear them with my thumb and they take on this streaky gradient when in force they REALLY take off.

Awesome work.
